  1. For the Using of MagicSwap Services, User have to read all Terms and Condition & Accept the Agreement, No verbal Agreement is acceptable.
  2. Magicswap Application should download from Android Play Store and Also from Apple Store
  3. User Have to Select the plan and pay for membership via 100+ Payment option Like Any Wallet, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Etc. Magicswap never Accept Any Cash Payment for Membership
  4. After the successful payment, your membership Services Activate Instantly.
  5. MagicSwap membership Services are valid only for Lunch and Dining, Not available on Parcel and Delivery.
  6. Members of MagicSwap May use any of two services, Either Members Use Discount Offers or Use Combo Offers. Both services can not apply in Single Visit and Single Bill.
  7. Before Place Any Food Order, Members should have confirm with Restaurant staff or Management Staff for the Avail Discount Offers and Combo Offers
  8. For the using of Magicswap Membership Services, Smartphone in which MagicSwap Application Installed must be required to avail any Offers and Combos to Our Restaurant Partner.
  9. Once Members Login In their Smartphone with personal User ID – Password, after that this particular User ID cannot Use in Any Other Smartphone. Company Allow to Use just 5 Times for Magicswap Membership in Different Mobile. In this case Customer have to get company support for realize Smartphone Mac ID.
  10. Members Can Use MagicSwap Membership Services only single time in a day at one restaurant, Members can the same services on the same day but at the different Restaurant.
  11. Services of MagicSwap Membership Cannot be Refundable and Transferable.
  12. We are not collect any Bills or Payment of Restaurant (Food Order Bill)
  13. Central and State Government Taxes as Applicable
  14. MagicSwap have rights to update any functionality or offers anytime for the better services provide to Members.
  15. MagicSwap Services are not valid on Partner Restaurant’s Special Occasion Days and On Festivals Day (which is Define by the Partner Restaurant)
  16. In Case of any Dispute or Misunderstanding, the Decision of the Partner Restaurant will be the Final.
  17. Request to All members for Co-operate to Restaurant management in pick hour & rush hours. This Service is not use for Table Reservation.
  18. All Discount offers and Combo Offers Manage by the Partner Restaurant, so that MagicSwap does not liable for any offers/services.
  19. MagicSwap membership is valid only for 1 year. After completing of 1 year, member can renew this services by pay for 1 year membership subscription
